Stage-less stages... generally

Concentrated mind - Seeing and/or ceasing random thoughts not specific to the mental and or physical task at hand - focusing fundamental awareness within body and mind in the moment during activity and at rest.

Cleansed mind - Detaching from entanglements, constraints and control by wayward emotions and conditioned habits, removing them from the moment – manifesting clarity in situations and perceptions.

Calmed mind - The experience of non-thought – stillness of internal noise and discursive internal chatter.

Aligned mind - The mind cannot be distracted, disturbed and/or interrupted from its pure awareness, intimacy and realization of the phenomenal world on a moment-to-moment basis within space and time.
