This a NO-FEE offering.

This instruction is in the Buddha's primary physical and mental posture of sitting meditation - Dhyana/Chan na/Zazen - utilizing the posture of body, breath and mind unified in concentrated awareness to access and utilize the power of the moment - actualizing peace, power and clarity in life.

This meditation and practice delivered me from mental suffering/physical stress/anxiety/fear - enabeling peace, power and clarity in this life - so this is my primary activity and offering to lives that manifests mental suffering/physical stress/anxiety/fear.

In appreciation of Buddha meditation I use my life and awareness to serve others with this "miraculously aware" meditation - I freely offer it to those in need of
Peace, Power and Clarity in there life.

Individual or group - The initial process will take approximately an hour with a short sitting period at the end of the instruction and a Q&A regarding the posture.

A honorarium to cover traveling expenses would be greatly appreciated.

POSTURE At a glance...

The following offering is meant to inform and aquaint you with the basic posture of mind and body during Buddha meditation - proper guidance and feedback is required to fully realize this practice.

Sit on the ground or floor, facing a wall if able.
Sit on a firm cushion wedged under the "sit" bones.
Fold legs in front of you, or under you sitting on heels.

Tongue tip lightly touching the area between soft palate and base of upper teeth.

Maintain an erect relaxed torso/trunk/spine/neck.
Ears inline with shoulders. Shoulders down and back without tension.

Hands form and maintain the "dhyana/cosmic mudra/hand seal" in the lap. It is important...

Eyes open and sighting down the nose bridge plane to the ground. Vision is soft and all gatering without processing.

Breathe normaly into the lower abdomen.
pay attention to the path of the breath...
See all thoughts.
Be aware of the senses as they function.

BREATHE and RELAX into sensations.

Be in your physical body, be aware of your mind within space and time of "This" exact moment... relax and abide here indefinately.

The individual physical, mental and spritual postures are all equaly important.... for they are not three...

The NowProtocol - is meditative excersise for the human condition, mind, muscle and awareness - this moving meditation/body practice encompases hard and soft chi gung aligned with Yogic, Shaolin and Taoist principlas permeated by Buddha meditation - it is a natural extension of the Buddha's primary sitting meditation.

The NowProtocol infuses our body and being with prana/chi/ki/rauch etc - the energy of life that facilitates life.

The NowProtocol - It is a whole body conditioning movement that is available to people from 8-108. Utilize it to energize, relax and focus ourselves in the moment empowering the individual to manifest peace, power and clarity in the immediate moment.

The NowProtocol - is ideal for 9-5ers who are sedentary and under stress at work, the stay at home mom with kids and very little time to collect and relax themselves - use it to empower mind and body for action.

The NowProtocol - is a good start to a physical conditioning program for the not so athletic and body aware. It is a life long practice/activity that deepens awareness and empowers mind and body with every repitition.

The NowProtocol is offered in a work shop format, a fee is applicable depending on group or individual instruction - beginners meditation guidance is a pre-requisite for The NowProtocol.

TALL COOL GLASS OF WATER

Teachers and students are the same from the start.
Inquiring about a difference is like asking for a penny when you have a pocket full of gold.

Realize every Dharma is known intimately in the heart - After a rain colors intensify and deepen.

Become familiar with the designs of cause and effect, never forget they are built on emptiness.

You've traveled up ten thousand steps in search of your original position exactly where you stand.
So many days on the cushion, searching, searching, searching...

The gravity of the Buddhas and the profundity of the sutras make for heavy baggage...
...Drinking a tall cool glass of water in one motion - means one and the same thing.

Tears like ambrosia

Opening radiates light - burning me away in its permutation. Morning mist in sunshine.

Faces of the nameless reflected perfectly in clear still water. Flowing contentedly; 108 trillion drops in one cloud.
The ocean is not close to the wave.

Drifting among the days, life lived eternally without haste.
prayer contains its own answer.

The universe hosts numberless stars - singular essence unborn in millions.
I ask for nothing beyond this view, it is everything I need; content in its company - Not part of the world, but it is all the parts of me.

Be where you are to keep moving forward – realize, stumbling is the great teacher tapping your shoulder, being upset at this one might miss the point.

lotus and mud; water facilitates and nurtures - they are not three.

From a dream I awaken; laughter's feeling, tears like ambrosia.

Constant principal

Fathomless unmitigated purity, the bottom is clearly seen.
Shallow unalleviated murkiness – bottom nowhere in sight.

Turbidity increases as stirrings increase, reaction supplants action… the constant principal interrupted and eclipsed.

Resilience reflects the great functioning purified and dynamically still – all points of contact bright and lucid. Phenomena are recognized as they appear - place and function evident.

Activities begin within mind, if nothing is initiated by mind nothing will manifest – if it has characteristics it is not the Singular Way.

Inhale, open up, exhale release and extend – pure Vital Essence radiating from the center flows through, around and over all obstructions, context and position dictates the path.

Serenely intense, invigorating, singular, harmonious, silent, free flowing, reposing, and exclusively inclusive – there is nothing above it, yet it is not above anything.

Meeting things where they are – without peer it pervades everywhere and nowhere simultaneously.

Vast Functioning…

Pervading everywhere with out effort or activity.
Thinking verifies its presence – not its purest function.

Its presence inherent in activity – activity not inherent in its presence.
It penetrates with out intrusion.
It captures with out striving.
It intimately informs when accessed.
It is ever intimate in its knowledge.

It's sword is non-thing – compassion its strength.

It is divided but not separated.
It sees without looking.
It feels without touching.

The green pine tree is colorless: white snow is not white.
The fish swims not-knowing It .
A bird flies because of It.
